Search & Filters

Find anything in your library instantly with full-text search, type filters, stash filters, and sort options.

Command Palette

Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux) to open the Command Palette. Start typing to search across your entire library in real time. Results appear as you type — click any result or use the arrow keys and press Enter to open it.

The Command Palette searches across:

  • Notes — title and full body content
  • Bookmarks — title, URL, and description
  • Files — filename

It also surfaces navigation commands (All Items, Notes, Bookmarks, Files, Pinned, Trash), matching stashes, and matching tags as you type.

The search bar at the top of the dashboard provides the same full-text search, applied within whatever filter is currently active (e.g. searching while in a stash view only shows results from that stash).

Filters

Filters are mutually exclusive — only one filter is active at a time.

Filter by type

Click All, Notes, Bookmarks, or Files in the type filter bar to show only that content type.

Filter by stash

Click a stash in the left sidebar to show only items in that stash.

Filter by tag

Click a tag in the left sidebar to show all items with that tag, regardless of stash or type.

Pinned items

Click Pinned in the sidebar to view only pinned items across all types.

Pinning items

To pin an item, select it (click its checkbox) and press P. You can also pin from the (more actions) menu on any item card.

Pinned items appear at the top of their respective views and in the Pinned filter.

Sort order

Click the Sort button (↕ icon) in the dashboard top bar to choose how items are ordered:
